I purchased my home from David Martin Homes almost 4 years ago and it has been an absolute blessing from start to finish!!!

I absolutely love my home. It was my first home and David was very accommodating. When I first saw my home, I thought that it would cost at least $20k to $30k more than the purchase price. I remember driving in the neighborhood and turning around because I didn't think that I could afford to live in such a nice place. I almost passed out when I saw that the pricing was within my range. The floor plan is open, stylish, and not like any other floor plan that I have seen. From start to finish, from the earnest money required to start the contract, to the price of the home, everything has been wonderful! Its been 4 years in December and I haven't regretted the purchase...not one time.
