Dear David:

It was great to hear from you! Of course we will write another letter of appreciation to you and your crew that built our house in 1998. I would certainly recommend anyone to have you build their home (and I have in the past recommended many to you and your team). We have built houses before and we have to say that the experience with you was far superior to that of our other experiences. Your timely manner of response to questions, concerns and inquiries and your flexibility throughout the whole process was incredible. The quality of our house speaks for itself and the appreciation in the current value of our house compared to the initial price is incredible. ($50,000 in 5 years). We are in the process of building again, and if it would have been possible to have you build our next house we would have preferred that. (The neighborhood-Eagles Brook- that we are building in has restricted builders). There aren't many homeowners that have built a custom home that can say that they would have the same builder again! © Please refer any individuals to the AJC article in the home finders section as to the positive nature of our experience.
